"Phillies", not "Phillie"[edit]

The brand name is "Phillies", plural[1]. The title of this article should be "Phillies Blunt."--BillFlis 20:08, 15 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Merge to Phillie Blunt?[edit]

Responding to merge suggestion: I separated article "Phillies cigars" from "Phillie blunt" because the former is the real, trademarked name of the line of cigars, which has been sold for over 65 years (see Hopper's Nighthawks, 1942), whereas the latter is the relatively recent street name of one variety/size ("Blunt", as opposed to "Cheroot" or "Panatella") of Phillies cigar, especially a Phillies Blunt that has been emptied and re-wrapped around an illicit drug, most often marijuana.--BillFlis (talk) 23:30, 18 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I suggest merging Phillie Blunt into Phillies cigars, as blunts are only one of many types produced under the Phillies brandname. Moreover, much of the Phillie Blunt article is redundant information and/or unsourced trivia. I will go ahead and merge it with Phillies cigars and try to trim some of the fat in the process.
