I would contest this: "It refers to conditions of the external or internal milieu that may occur in nature for that organism or cell system, in contrast to artificial laboratory conditions". Physiological condition is neutral w.r.t. occurring in vivo vs in a lab context Cmungall (talk) 05:14, 13 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
