I think this article stands without expansion as it basically tells what the work of the Pieter Baan Center is about, altough someone could go into more detail of course.

Thank you for the question, Korporaal1. Both forms are correct English, however the center and the Dutch government in general use the British spelling: Pieter Baan Centre.
