There are problems in the section "Genetic characteristics", subsection "General characteristics". This section is not very accessible to a non-specialist reader, and there are specific details that are not clear.

Specifically:

1) "The PCR primer which is used often mismatches with the genes creating difficulty when sequencing the genome".

   - It is unclear what primer is mismatching to what sequence, and why this affects genome sequencing.

2) "When comparing under a microscope, a defining characteristic for these types of Planctomycetes is that a single unlinked rRNA operon can be identified near the origin"

   - What is being compared under a microscope? It is not possible to see an operon under a microscope.

3) " ... thrive in regions containing highly concentrated nitrate"

   - What is meant by "highly concentrated nitrate"?

4) "... which are required for heterotactic acid fermentation"

   - What is "heterotactic acid"? Polymers can be heterotactic, but is there "heterotactic acid"
