Improving the article[edit]

Hello, I am a master student at Uskudar university , I am currently taking the course Recent Developments in Biotechnology, and this article was assigned to be edited by me @Nabaa099. I started editing this article since 10.12.2022 by adding citations,

I am Rui Shi, author of refence of 24 (Shi et al). I am glad that you cited my publication, but I have to suggest that you could remove my article from the reference list to avoid possible misleading, since the filter paper based spin column does not work for plasmid DNA purification. 152.7.224.12 (talk) 14:05, 18 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello all, I just made some edits to the Plasmid Preparation page and wanted to thank the previous editors for their contributions. I started editing since 10.12.2022 and I am finishing on 26.01.2023. I've added around 3000 words and 50 references/citations to the article, which I hope will make it even more informative and useful for readers. The information is looking great and I believe it will be very helpful to readers.
