This article on the Playfair Project is incorrect and I am not comfortable at this time to do a complete rewrite.
The Playfair Project comprised of two phases. The underground link (The Weston Link) was the second phase and was finished in 2004. The first phase was the Restoration of the Royal Scottish Academy Building and it was completed in 2003
