[edit]we have two links... one leads to a website with links to sub sites X and Y. The other link is a like direstly to X.
This seems minorly redundant.
Especially since the article it's self focuses on the topic of X but goes into Y and Z as well. (y and z being 'biga' and 'Levain').
I'm not sure if this article is devoted to the poolish/pouliche specifically (if so, some rearanging should be done, IMO), or to the concept of a prefermented started for bread, outside of sourdough. I don't know enough about the subject to say.

[edit]Just thinking out loud, would this article work better as part of a bigger Breadmaking article? A lot of this article is general background about other starters used in breadmaking, so a merge would reduce redundancy. FlagSteward 12:44, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
