This page is not unambiguously promotional, because pre funded bidding fee auction systems already exist and are in commercial use. The buying bids towards an item feature is a corrective feature to the fundamentally flawed penny auction model. The penny auction method does not work without bots and shills. The only way to add Facebook, Google or any 3rd party social login verified bidders, prefunding is necessary.
