This article should at least be consolidated with Conclusive Presumption, presumption of innocence, and Rebuttable presumption, for a new Presumption (law) article that can also explore the full range of kinds of presumption, such as presumption of constitutionality or unconstitutionality, presumption of nonauthority, etc.--Jon Roland 03:34, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Partially agree. I think the best solution is to create a disambiguation page at Presumption with links to the various legal articles (there may be nonlegal usages that are encyclopedic, though none immediately come to mind).
