[edit]I edited out several incorrect references, stating that Pronto was a dated technology and has insufficient backups. The citation had no evidence of this, and the company website and several staff have confirmed otherwise.
This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest was declined. |
- What I think should be changed: the introductory paragraph: Pronto Software is an Australian Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and analytics software vendor. Originally trading under the name “Prometheus Software”, the company was sold to Sausage Software in 1999. The name was then changed to 'Pronto Software' following a management buyout in 2002.
Pronto Xi is Pronto Software's main product – featuring applications for Financials, Retail, CRM, Supply Chain, Distribution, Warehouse, Manufacturing and Asset & Facility management.[3]
Pronto Software's 1700 customers include Haymes Paints, Total Tools, Pet Stock
- Why it should be changed: The current introduction lists customers that are either no longer with us, or now have confidentiality agreements with us.
