Talk:Pyrotecnico

Pyrotecnico was actually founded in 1992 as the successor to Vitale Fireworks Manufacturing Company which ceased business in 1991. The firm began operating out of a home at 2614 Wilmington Road in New Castle, Pennsylvania founded by 3 individuals including the son of the owner of the former Vitale firm. The partners changed over the months as the firm readied for it's first July 4th season in 1992. The article associated with the Company would be more accurate for the Vitale company and NOT Pyrotecnico. As the person who rented the home where the Company began as well as one of the original partners, later seriously injured while doing a display in `1994 I believe I'm able to speak to the accuracy of the description currently listed. If that description were true, many creditors would certainly have pursued the new firm, Pyrotecnico for payments of the debts of the former firm. Pyrotecnico did acquire the assets of the former Vitale firm but other than that, the two firms had nothing in common except the son of the owner of the former firm who has operated Pyrotecnico since he and I signed the documents incorporating Pyrotecnico in Pittsburgh, Pa at the attorneys office.77.127.227.246 (talk) 14:03, 12 April 2011 (UTC)
