[edit]It is a bit silly that this article on the RISC complex doesn't cite the Nobel Prize winners who discovered it...the seminal papers of Mello and Fire MUST be added here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lesotho (talk • contribs) 13:03, 3 September 2007 (UTC)
yes that was my first question reading this article: when was RISC discovered? who discovered it?—Preceding unsigned comment added by 128.180.4.137 (talk) 07:21, 5 May 2009 (UTC)
wouldn't ref 3 be better served by D.S. Schwarz, G. Hutvagner, T. Du, Z. Xu, N. Aronin and P.D. Zamore, Asymmetry in the assembly of the RNAi enzyme complex, Cell 115 (2003), pp. 199–208 instead. It seems they originally proposed it (and have a lot more citations too). —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.226.45.151 (talk) 16:10, 12 May 2009 (UTC)
