- A murder; the term originated in the sci-fi film Minority Report and found further, modern-day currency in the 4th and 5th seasons of the HBO police drama The Wire
The term is an old one, actually used by real police. In it's place, I'm going to cite the best know use of the term. If anyone finds an earlier reference, please change the entry.
