LPI_Media article says "In April, 2008, the magazines published by LPI as well as the porn magazines published by Specialty Publications were sold by PlanetOut to Regent Releasing,". I think the Regent Releasing article should include bit about them now owning The Advocate, Out (magazine), Alyson Publications/Alyson Books etc. --EarthFurst (talk) 11:10, 12 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This article is in error. Regent Releasing has no ownership of any magazine group. Regent Releasing is one company. www.regentreleasing.com Regent Releasing distributes foreign and domestic art cinema, mainstream drama, comedies and documentaries. It does distribute gay-friendly film from its sister company here! Films in addition to films from Watermark, Sony, Fortissimo, Liberation, and more. It does not have anything to do with magazines, straight, gay or porn.
Regent Entertainment aka Regent Entertainment Media Group is the parent of Regent Worldwide, Regent Releasing, Regent Theaters, Regent Studios and Regent Media. Regent Worldwide Sales currently uses www.regententertainment.com as their main site. They are in process of making another.
I hope this clears things up.
