Swinging the "Thurifer"

In the section "Christianity," one passage reads "In the Latin rite of the Roman Catholic Church, whenever the thurifer is swung to incense people or objects, it is always done in groups of three swings (to represent the Three Persons of the Holy Trinity..." Firstly, the "thurifer" is the person who carries the incense, and should for no reasons be swung about; I believe "thurible" is meant. Secondly, according to "Ceremonies of the Roman Rite Described," which is a standard handbook for Latin rite ceremonies, thurible swings are described as occurring as either single swings or double swings, never triple. Unless a source can be cited that supersedes this, I believe that this passage needs to be amended. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.90.241.148 (talk) 17:57, 29 August 2013 (UTC)
