The redirect target points to the general "Remedy" rather than the specific "Environmental Remediation" for the same reason that the environmental information was moved away from this page.
People looking for remediation of a non-environmental nature should not be shunted into a very specific usage when a general one exists. Users looking for environmental applications can easily find the link on the "Remedy" page, while the reverse is not true, and it would not be reasonable to put such a link on the "environmental remediation" page.
The fact that many of the links on environmental pages have not been updated does not provide sufficient rationale for redirecting to an ineffective location.
