The description of this is misleading. Stating that "because something happened, it was therefore bound to happen" is entirely sound. The example demonstrates a fallacy of the single cause, as it assumes an event was inevitable because of some specific circumstance, not because it happened. --65.95.64.181 (talk) 15:36, 12 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
