[edit]

So which is it? 3 prime hydroxyl as mentioned in first sentence or 3 prime phosphate as mentioned in sentence prior to this one? [This question from 24.150.167.4 was placed at the end of the first paragraph of the article 04:43, November 19, 2006. I've simply relocated it to this talk page. 1st section about phosphate ends and phosphate bonds is correct. Don't mix them up. 92.78.252.188 (talk) 17:35, 27 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Where is the mechanism?

[edit]

There is a section mechanism but no information is given. the illustration alone does not explain what is happening. 92.78.252.188 (talk) 17:37, 27 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I replaced outdated information about the mechanism. I am happy to provide a detailed scheme of the mechanism but I am not sure if it is really necessary. Simonduerr (talk) 11:45, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
