Emergency Motion filed for release due to bladder cancer and indefinite trial delay
Law and Crime Network is reporting Durst attorneys filed a motion, "Asking for their client to be released on bail to a medical facility and to indefinitely delay the trial. They cite Durst's bladder cancer among multiple other health conditions.
