I can't seem to find any information on this guy online. Multiple sites have the same entry as in Nuttall (which I assume is the same as in EB1911), but nothing else at all. Did Nuttall make this guy up? Or is he just so obscure that nobody really cares about him... ?  ;-) 129.170.131.244 16:52, 14 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Aha! His name is actually Robert Paltock (Nuttall (or the people proofing the PG version) flipped the 'L' and the 'T') Womble 16:55, 14 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]
