"Mostly friendly" seems an odd thing to say in an encyclopedia. If seems somewhat subjective, but uninformative at the same time - why only "mostly"? Is Ruardean Hill a more friendly or less friendly community than average? If it is not entirely friendly, what are the special sources of strife that make this of interest?
