Spin on Glass v. Silicon on Glass
[edit]It's my experience in fabrication that SOG stands for Spin on Glass while SiOG stands for Silicon on Glass
This article has SOG as Silicon on Glass, which is not uncommon but not standard. I'm going to make an edit that notes this and leave the resolution to somebody else.
