This is a fake title made up by editors who just want to apply "Second Lady/Gentlemen" to every LG's spouse because it exists for the VP. It does not, and it just a bunch of WP:SYNTH and WP:OR. Therequiembellishere (talk) 15:11, 13 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
