Delete article and redirect?

It seems to me that this article could be completely deleted. Instead, there should be an article about loops/rings in distribution networks in general that this term redirects to. A Self-healing ring has little difference from looping in water systems or a grid in a roadway system. An article that describes these and mentions the specific use in telecommunications seems more appropriate.

Number of stations
