Expand Serviceability Concept

I am referring to serviceability from the civil engineering POV. I think the subject matter of serviceability should be expanded. There is no way to assess the serviceability a building once completely constructed. Hence we rely on various building codes.

The concept of limit states are bound to be confusing to an average person. Further there should be a separate section explaining the same.

I consider serviceability an engineering concept, therefore, I suggest serviceability (engineering), and I suggest renaming the article serviceability (computer) to serviceability (computer science) or serviceability (computer engineering). 70.247.160.227 (talk) 01:13, 6 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
