This article has me sorely tempted to CSD on the grounds that it lacks sufficient context to identify the subject. The only village called Karman that Wikipedia knows about is in Uzbekistan. I'm struggling to find anywhere else that might match on the web, and certainly not anywhere that claims to have a temple with this name. Pinging @Capt.lalit: do you have a source for this?
