Social disease euphemism

I changed this redirect to go to social determinants of health, because that is the broadly what the term means in academic/medical language. So I thought that when people use the term euphemistically to mean STIs it should have quotation marks, and be the description of the link to the STI page, like this- "social disease". I assumed the broad definition should take precedence over the euphemism.
