I'll copyedit as I go through; please revert as needed.
its large debris avalanche deposit, which was formed 7,200 years ago when most of the northwestern slope collapsed and slid down, forming a large deposit
: "large...deposit...large deposit".
- Rewritten.
A large wedge-shaped scar is recognizable on the northwestern flank, with prominent scarps running through the western and northern flanks of the edifice forming its delimitation
: suggest "A large wedge-shaped scar is recognizable on the northwestern flank, delimited by prominent scarps running through the western and northern flanks of the edifice".
- Rewritten.
The summit of the volcano was cut by the collapse and some lava domes embedded within the volcano exposed in the rim of the collapse amphitheatre
: if I'm reading this correctly, I'd suggest "were exposed" as easier to parse.
- Fixed.

Continuing:
A spaceborne image of the region northwest of Socompa, which is recognizable in the lower left tip
: if Socompa is lower left, isn't this the region northeast of Socompa? Or is north to the right here?- Is there a link for lineament?
- Suggest moving the link for basement to first use.
contain biotite and andesites olivine
: should this be "biotite, andesites, and olivine"?
