Article naming conventions (capitalization)[edit]

@Kablammo: You recently changed the capitalization of this article from Sources sought to Sources Sought, but this is incorrect because capitalization in Wikipedia follows the guidelines in MOS:CAPS and WP:NCCAPS, and does not follow how the term is commonly capitalized in the literature. Other procurement requests, including request for information (RFI), request for quotation (RFQ), request for proposal (RFP), and request for tender (RFT), are all commonly capitalized in the literature, but not on Wikipedia, because names of Wikipedia articles follow Wikipedia guidelines instead of other external conventions. I will move the article back to Sources sought unless you can provide some compelling reason that I am overlooking why capitalization of this article should be different from all other similar articles on Wikipedia.
