Effort Values

They're sort of like experience for stats. See Pokémon game mechanics#Effort values. Incidentally, I've removed the relevant text ("Many players go to Route 113 to battle the Spindas as they give out 1 effort value (2 with Macro Brace or Pokérus and 4 with Macro Brace and Pokérus).
