  • Comment Good to see you once again Mujinga! I will be reviewing this later tonight. 𓃦LunaEatsTuna (💬) 01:22, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • This was very fascinating! Great to see some more work on squatting-related articles from you :) I will put the article on hold for now but this should not take long; it is fairly short, but sweet! Please ping me once you have addressed my concerns fully so that I can know when to respond. If you wish to respectfully disagree with any of my points please do so—I reckon we can work it out. 𓃦LunaEatsTuna (💬) 01:55, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Files

All images relevant. Actually, not just relevant but very good!

  • File:Albania (orthographic projection).svg: okay, released in the public domain

Text

[edit]
  • "Bathore near to Tirana had 40,000 squatters by the early 2000s." → "The area of Bathore, just outside Tirana, had 40,000 squatters by the early 2000s." Flows better in my opinion.
  • "immediately outlawed private title to land on coming to power". As a reader unfamiliar with property jargon, this confused me at first. Is it possible to rephrase it a little bit or wiki link it to something?
  • "Catholic organisations have bought up land specifically to house Catholic squatters." This sentence is in present-tense while the previous and succeeding sentences are both in past-tense. Are Catholic organisations presently buying land for this reason? If so, this sentence feels slightly out of place.
  • "the government then pledged to meet all ten demands of the squatters except the one requesting a hospital." Maybe mention in a previous sentence what some of these ten demands were if possible?
  • "The Agency of Legalization, Upgrading, and Integration of Informal Zones and Buildings (ALUIZNI) was founded" when?
  • "country-wide" how about "nationwide"?

References

[edit]

The references are almost all okay and support the article's content. Verified refs 3 and 9 from excerpts from Google Books; accepting refs 4, 7 and 11 (which I do not have access to) in good faith.

Is a link possible at all?

Oh nice, searching for it on a different search engine I was able to access the text and will add anything relevant to article! Mujinga (talk) 14:10, 25 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
