Comments

Lead

  • Add the materiel it is made of directly in the first sentence (eg. 'A bronze statue of William Francis Barnett...')
  • Replace 'who had served as a general in the Union Army' with 'a general in the Union Army'
  • That aside, lead is excellent

MOS compliance

Brevity/Writing

  • WP:MOS/Accessibility, add an alternative caption to the image in the infobox
  • Replace 'decided that the' with 'decided the' (outside of this I can spot no errors, including weasel words, etc)

Sourcing

  • Excellent sourcing (both sources are WP:RS)
  • 'The State House: Boston Massachusetts' should have an ISBN (I found one online - it is unfortunately not on the Google Books page)
  • I would ideally also want more than two sources, although this is certainly enough
  • No original research is present

Broadness

  • The article goes into quite a bit of detail (eg. giving a nice background section which introduces Bartlett, how it bears a green patina, the celebration, and even the music played at the celebration - this seems almost WP:FA level comprehensiveness)
  • I quite like how the article is both comparatively comprehensive, yet also well written

Neutrality

  • No issues here

Stability

  • No issues here

Images

  • Illustrated with an image
  • If possible, find photos/paintings/images of the unveiling (probably don't exist unfortunately), or add a picture/photo/painting of Bartlett

Aside from extremely minor 'issues,' this article is certainly a good article. Great job working on it.
