Your history article on the life of Quanah Parker, seems to be different from the history books, that I have checked out from the library here in Grand Prairie, Tx. Your article on his mother said that he had the remains of her and her daughter Prairie Flower interned in Ok. And the book that I have mentions that the grave of Prairie Flower was never found. Also the other thing that bugs me is the date of the death of Cynthia Ann Parker, someone says that she passed away in 1870, and other articles state that she passed away in 1874. I guess that only God knows for sure about the date. I have had the pleasure of being at the Parker Homestead here in Hurst, Tx, and the Parker Cementary where Silas Paker, her uncle and the rest of her family is buried. I also have a friend here in Bedford, Tx that married in the Parker family, which I think is great because of all the history, that I have learned from her. Texas has alot of good history and I plan on always being interested in the history here. I am an avid reader of all history, you can gain a sense of what was in the past, and how the past has affected the future. Thank you for letting me give you a part of my heart and my mind for I am always going to be interested in what has happened in the past. Sincerely DE Sanchez, Grand Priaire, Tx.
