Article content[edit]

Lead
  • It was recorded produced by the band… Was the album record or produced by the band, or both?
  • The first paragraph is quite short, with only two sentences. I'd suggest expanding it or combining paragraphs.
    • I combined it, let me know what you think. REZTER TALK ø 11:30, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
      • As far as length goes, it's fine, but it was not in chronological order. I went ahead and fixed this myself. — Σxplicit 21:20, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • After producing some demos… Demos for which band, Stone Sour or Slipknot?
  • Make sure to avoid contractions in the article unless from a direct quote. "Hadn't" was the first one to appear in the lead.
History
  • The duo wrote 14 songs and began working in a studio on some demos. Is there an approximate amount of demos they recorded?
    • I'm afraid not... they just began working on demoing the tracks they had. REZTER TALK ø 11:30, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Promotion
  • "Get Inside" was the band's first music video to include live footage. Considering this song was the band's first music video, what makes the inclusion of live footage notable?
    • I never meant for it to sound like that was a notable mention... I have reworded that. REZTER TALK ø 11:30, 13 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • …a DVD which featured all three music videos which were produced for the album… This part of the sentence is a bit… odd. It can do without the "which were produced for the album".
  • The message of "Bother" did not differ from Slipknot tracks "it's just presented in an utterly different musical vein," wrote Blabbermouth.net reviewer Don Kaye. At first, I thought this was a POV/OR sentence. It should be noted that Kaye felt that "Bother" didn't differ from Slipknot's songs.
Reception
  • Most reviewers offered some comparison to that of vocalist Taylor and guitarist Root's more famous band Slipknot. Text in bold is POV.
  • While Rowan Shaeffer states that… Shaeffer seems to pop out of no where. Include which publication he is writing for.
  • Another contraction: "wouldn't".
  • While NY Rock stated that the album has a… "While" shouldn't really begin the sentence. Also, should NY Rock be italicized? In the infobox it is, but not in the article body.

Media review[edit]

  • Everything seems to check out okay.
