Supai Formation articles need to be merged with Supai Group article[edit]

McKee (1975) raised (changed) the rank of Supai Formation of the Grand Canyon region to the Supai Group. He also divided it into four formations. From oldest to youngest, they are the Watahomigi Formation, Manakacha Formation, Wescogame Formation and the Esplanade Sandstone. Also, see McKee (1982)

This article should be merged with the Supai Group and converted to a redirect as they are the same stratigraphic unit. Paul H. (talk) 18:53, 13 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
