Lack of images on contemporary notes

I noticed that there is only 3 out of 10 images of the current banknotes in the Swedish krona#Banknotes#Contemporary notes section. Is there any particular reason for that, or is it just that no one have uploaded any? If so, can I take a picture on them myself, add the specimen text and then upload?
