Forth Opinion[edit]

Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) S.A. is a Dominica IBC whereas "Swiss Mutual Fund" is an unknown company which Dominica-FIU (Financial Intelligence Unit) has declared that "Swiss Mutual Fund" is NOT a registered entity in Dominica. The author have to state where the company is registered before the article is useful for the readers.

Merging these 2 articles is quite impossible because one is written by an outsider whereas another is written by an investor of SwissCash a financial product of Swiss Mutual Fund (1948) S.A.

So let the discussion remain "as is where is" basis at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boriz_Talk

Third opinion[edit]

Parties please provide a brief statemnent of dispute. Thanks RaveenS 20:57, 2 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Party 1

The user 'Arin gis' has repeatedly removed attributed text, replacing it with unattributed text unconnected to the subject matter of the article. There have been a couple of reverts each way; I thought a third opinion would be valuable. Thanks for taking the time to have a look.

NB Just have a look at the last couple of edits and you'll get the idea.

Problems with style and tone - Arin gis's edits (3/7/2007)[edit]

I realize there is a bit of an edit war going on between two authors, and I thought I would put in my two cents. The information posted by User:Arin gis(User talk:Arin gis) seems to be pulled directly from the website for the subject in question, and uses the first person exclusively. It also comes across as blatant advertising. Arin gis has been tagged and warned about this before with a similar article. Any information that meets advertising criteria can and should be removed, and for all intents and purposes, I personally would list this article as a Speedy Delete or put it up for AfD. (In my opinion, this company does seem to be a bit fishy to me.) Mec modifier (talk/contribs) 19:38, 7 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

3/8/2007 - Added POV Check tag, as Arin gis' edits still seem to indicate they are pulled directly from the company's website or that Arin gis is personally involved in the company. If this is the case, neutrality cannot be guaranteed. Mec modifier (talk/contribs) 15:11, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

3/8/2007 - I am going to revert this again. All the information added is straight from the corporate website. The 'criticism' section has had the citation links removed. I believe the sole purpose of the edits is to promote what, in my opinion, is a Ponzi scam. I hope all will agree that the text I have left is balanced, and is a better place holder while others review the situation. Ponzi Nemesis 19:22, 8 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

3/9/2007 - The Swiss Embassy in Singapore has repeated the warning originally put out by the Swiss Embassy in Malaysia.[1] It might be worth using this link somewhere in the article text. Ponzi Nemesis 15:38, 9 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Wikified - 3/9/2007[edit]

I performed a general cleanup, NPOV and Fact Check, and other general wikification to the article. Mec modifier (talk/contribs) 03:54, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I take my hat off to you. Thank you. Ponzi Nemesis 14:13, 11 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
