- Lead
- Make a small note of why they changes from the NWA title to the new TNA one.
- "Wrestlers are portrayed as either villains or heroes as they follow a series of tension-building events, which culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches for the championship." - too much. remove
- The current champion is Angle," - use his full name, it's not that long
- "The current champion is Angle,[1] who is in his fourth overall reign as champion, however, TNA only recognizes this as his third reign." - how, or why?
- I really feel that should be explained later on instead of in the lead.--WillC 15:55, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- IMO, both would be good. iMatthew talk at 16:04, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- Well my reason is because the situation is so large, it would make the lead a little too big for am article of this size.--WillC 16:27, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- Fair enough. iMatthew talk at 16:32, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

- Prose
- "TNA were granted" - "TNA was granted"
- "—involves all twenty men trying to throw each other over the top rope and down to the floor in order to eliminate them, until there is two men left who wrestle a standard match—" remove this all, like I said in the FLC I reviewed for you, that's what wikilinks are for.
- Well considering this has been the topic of discussion, I went looking around at articles from other projects. For example, when I reviewed South Park for GAN, the article explained media technology among other things. I feel the explaining of the matches in this case improves to article, because first it allows to reader to keep a steady read and also show exactly how the person won the title.--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- "made the decision that due to TNA's growing worldwide exposure, the company needed to have its own TNA title belts" - Doesn't need to be in quotes.
- Straight from the article source.--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- "—involves five participants racing to gain a pinfall or submission to become eligible to hang a championship belt to win." remove per above reason.
- Above as well.--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- The 3rd paragraph of Creation seems like something a reader wouldn't read because it's too long. Can you split it into two, maybe three, paragraphs?
- Split.--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- "June 14 episode Impact!." - episode of Impact!
- Why? The date would be needed since I don't mention the 14 anywhere else nor a week later, etc.--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- Miscommunication. There was a missing word ("of"), but it has been fixed. GaryColemanFan (talk) 18:36, 8 September 2009 (UTC)

- "The five participants for the King of the Mountain match were determined in a series of standard wrestling matches that took place on Impact! leading up to the event; a small single-elimination tournament. Angle defeated Rhino in the first bout to gain entry on the May 17 episode of Impact!.[3][15] On May 24 episode of Impact!, Samoa Joe defeated Sting to become the second participant.[16] The third qualification match was held on the May 31 episode of Impact! between A.J. Styles and Tomko, which Styles won.[17] The next bout pitted Chris Harris against James Storm on the June 7 episode Impact!, which ended in a double disqualification; neither man advanced to the King of the Mountain match.[18] The final qualification match was won by Christian Cage over Abyss on the June 14 episode Impact!.[19] Angle ended up winning the King of the Mountain match at Slammiversary over Joe, Cage, Styles, and Harris, who was a mystery participant chosen by Cornette, to become the "undisputed TNA World Heavyweight Champion".[20] Angle's first reign is no longer recognized by TNA according to their official title history as of September 2008.[21]" - Almost none of that is notable to the title's creation. The title was created, the whole store, the match happened, Angle won. The matches belong in the PPV's article, and should not be included in this article.
- More in-depth. That was a tournament, so obviously the details for the tournament to crown the undisputed TNA World Heavyweight Champion would be notable rather than stating "There was a tournament to crown the first champion in TNA's eyes that ended at Slammiversay in a King of the Mountain match, which was won by Kurt Angle."--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- More than 3 refs per item is overkill. In the "Reigns" section, there are three cases of 4 refs in a row, and one case of seven! Just chose the three best refs and remove the rest.
- "As of September 2009, Angle is the current champion in his fourth reign, however, TNA only recognizes this as his third reign." - remove the beginning.
Good luck. iMatthew talk at 16:53, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- Okay, all have been replied too and some done.--WillC 21:15, 7 September 2009 (UTC)
- I can live with the ones that you left comments on. Looking over it again, it's fine with me. Pass. iMatthew talk at 15:36, 12 September 2009 (UTC)
