Stupid Move
[edit]Redirecting from an unambiguous scientific term, in this case Teuthida to a general, not so scientific term such as squid makes little sense. The taxobox in Coleoidea gives Teuthida as an included order, not squid. So shouldn't Teuthida on the Coleoidea page link to a page titled Teuthida. Or perhaps the order should be "Squid" and not Teuthida.
It would be just as easy, and better, to state that the Teuthida are squid, as it is to dummy down from the ordinal to the vernacular term. Shouldn't Wikipedia be instead about smarten up. J.H.McDonnell (talk) 19:12, 6 April 2010 (UTC)
