Once again, critics to the commission are "few" and the response to the critics are "vast". Wikipedia is truly suffering a grave problem to balance out what new folks are writing with old writers. Basically wikipedia is tending to see reliable sources on "new" writers. This page and the above-mentioned describe the same subject. Both have useful information so propose merging this into the other, as "Committee on Alleged German Outrages" is the correct name for the report, but can indicate in page that it is known as The Bryce Commission.
