When is Donald Duck The Clock Watcher 1945 going to be available on Disney Plus?

To the Wikipedia staff members. I remember growing up in the 1980s and seeing this Donald Duck The Clock Watcher 1945 on Disney Channel 1983 Christmas Special. I also seen it on the Walt Disney Treasures Donald Duck Volume 2 on DVD and Holiday Celebration with Mickey and Pals Volume 8 DVD.

When Disney Plus came out in 2019. I thought The Clock Watcher 1945 was going to be on Disney Plus and it still isn't. What's going on here? Why is Disney Plus not releasing The Clock Watcher on Disney Plus? I'm very disappointed with the Disney Plus company. This Donald Duck cartoon short should've been on Disney Plus. I want to know if they forgotten about this cartoon and many other missing Donald Duck classic cartoon shorts. Any thoughts on why Disney Plus hasn't released this Donald Duck cartoon.
