Requested move

[edit]

It seems as though it wouldn't be unreasonable to merge this with the Winter gardens article, since both have information the other could use, and neither of them are substantial enough to create an article on it's own. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Soonlaypale (talkcontribs) 19:32, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi; thanks for noticing that this article can merge into the other. I agree there's not enough content here to warrant a separate article, and the other article isn't over-long, so a merge makes sense.

It turns out you don't need a page move, all you have to do is merge the content from this article into the appropriate section. Then you can make this page into a redirect. When you merge the content, use an edit summary such as "merging content from The Empress Ballroom", and then the history will retain a link to the place where the content came from. (The [[brackets]] for links still work in the edit summary.)

Please let me know if you have any questions. Cheers. -GTBacchus(talk) 21:29, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I would suggest you just go ahead and do the redirect, there is not enough content and nor would there ever be really for this article and what little additional information there is in this article can be added to the Winter Gardens article.♦Tangerines♦·Talk 22:49, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, that's done. -GTBacchus(talk) 23:38, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
