Last of the Breed?[edit]

I don't understand the mention of it at the start as it doesn't appear relevant to the opening or if it is then that relevance isn't demonstrated. (Emperor 14:36, 16 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]

  • Agreed. It's confusing. Something with better knowledge to draw the comparison should clean this up. So marking... ⇔ ChristTrekker 16:47, 23 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Stolen/replaced items[edit]

Much is made in the plot summary of the various items which disappear and reappear (the pencil, the sweater). What significance do they bear to the story? Right now it appears to be a fairly arbitrary selection of stuff... --Syzygy (talk) 08:35, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Beyond plot[edit]

More to the point, it barely qualifies as a ‘summary’ at all. Like increasingly many Wikipedia summaries, it’s far too long and detailed. 94.173.211.41 (talk) 06:51, 18 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I have always wondered why the novel The Haunted Mesa has never been turned into a movie. Or has it, and it was so bad in adaption that it never surfaced?

This seems like a sure thing for Spielburg or one of the greats to take on as an assignment. Does anyone have some history on this?
