what year did these bike trails first open?
[edit]Can information on where and when (year, if not exact date) the first part of The Loop opened? Some websites are citing Wiki and saying the trail wasn't founded until 2014, which as a local I know is incorrect. Other websites are citing dates as early as the 80s.
