On-line novel[edit]

NPR is covering (as i write) a contemporary novel by Andy Weir with the same title. In anticipation of an article that will probably be the new primary topic for the title The Martian, i am cleaning up any articles that erroneously lk to that title.

That's done. I'll now create a Rdr at The Martian (du Maurier), and change the legitimate lks to the George du Maurier novel to pt at the Rdr, so that the du Maurier novel article can quickly be moved to The Martian (du Maurier) in order to let The Martian become a Dab, a (perhaps temp) Rdr to [[The Martian (Weir), or the article page for Weir's novel.

BTW, it's a free download which became also a $.99 download on one of the big-time reader platforms (i just don't recall which one) where it outsold the free version, and now is available as a hardcopy novel, in fact in hard-cover at $11 to $14.

Is the publish date correct?[edit]

I just purchased this book at a thrift shop and Harper and Brothers copyright on inner page say 1896, 1897 with this edition being 1897 printing. 35.130.101.122 (talk) 23:59, 31 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
