Should a deletion discussion be opened?[edit]

Disregarding the many other issues with this article, the title of the film is in fact The Secret of Anastasia as opposed to The Secrets of Anastasia.

Furthermore, an article titled The Secret of Anastasia exists on Wikipedia and was already nominated for deletion once for reasons similar to that of this page (orphaned article, notability, unverifiable content, etc.). The result of the deletion discussion in the end was to redirect the article to an article about company that produced the film.

This all leads me to wonder whether this article shouldn't be nominated for deletion too since its title is incorrect, it fails to address the issues of the older The Secret of Anastasia article, and it is a recreation of an article that was redirected to begin with (not sure if that last issue falls under CSD G4 or not since the article was actually redirected rather than deleted).
