Editing WWW Western Stunt Show

This article was marked by the disambiguation Wikiproject as confusing. I agreed, and have converted it back to an article. I will return to begin the process of adding the necessary information. Added an infobox, logo and hatnote. The new "History" heading, while appearing blank, contains information imported from elsewhere on Wikipedia (and remarked out pending editing).
