- I propose to review this article and will make a detailed study of it shortly. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:20, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- The section "Music video" does not have any citations. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 07:36, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- It's just a synopsis, and I don't need to provide sources in for that. I couldn't find any director/location sources or reviews. Bear in mind that this single was released 24 years ago, and only received release in the UK and it wasn't promoted. — Calvin999 09:13, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- OK. I guess it's similar to a plot summary in a film or TV programme which does not require a citation. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 10:17, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- Yea, it's the same premise. — Calvin999 10:19, 27 October 2015 (UTC)

First reading
[edit]- "and was only one of four songs they composed to be included on the album." - This is unclear.
- "... while Joe Franco performed the percussion, Vernon "Ice" Black on the guitar, and Rich Tancredo also on the keyboards." - The only verb here is "performed" and I think we need more verbs in the later phrases.
- Wikilink "synth horn", keyboards, guitar,
- "bridge" is wikilinked, but you could explain the term as well.
- In music, it's a basic term. It's linked for anyone who wants to know more. — Calvin999 11:09, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- "The keyboards, bass and rhythm engineering" - what does this mean?
- He was the engineer responsible for these elements. — Calvin999 11:09, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- "Carey poses the question of accepting each other and not resorting to war" - perhaps "Carey suggests we should be more tolerant of each other and not resort so readily to war".
- "was being too political in her "in her brave, young, idealistic attack"" - too many "in her"s.
- "she "deploys" of her best whistle notes of her career" - "of her best" does not seem right here, perhaps just use "the best".
- "The accompanying music video beings with a a shot of an empty street" - two typos in this bit.
- "an obese woman walking down the street" - Should be "walks" to agree with the other verbs in the sentence.
- The two citations "Nickson 1998, pp. 29" and "Nickson 1998, pp. 35–38" need expansion.
- If its a book we need a title, full author name, publisher etc. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 11:46, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
- Added. — Calvin999

- That's all for now. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 10:57, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
