Not verifiable, and therefore no good for inclusion, but I'm told that a professor at General Theological Seminary in the late '50s maintained (or at least pretended to maintain) the "bicapitular theory of the thorn in the flesh", saying that Paul's statement "I am of two minds in this matter" indicated that he actually had two heads.
