[edit]

I can roll my tongue downwards. Is this an atypical form of tongue rolling? I've never met anyone that can it too... 92.107.233.225 (talk) 02:04, 20 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Allele frequency table?

[edit]

The article clearly says in the main summary section that there is strong evidence that tongue rolling is not due to a single gene (with the importance of genetics at all being shown unlikely after a twin study on the subject). But yet an "allele frequency" table has been added to the article, which seems to be contradictory to the prior claim. Should the table be removed, or should it stay (and get some better formatting than it currently has)? Nameless now (talk) 04:29, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Of course it should be removed. It's just a table with no explanation. I've pasted the table below. Ishboyfay (talk) 02:44, 15 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

breast feeding

[edit]

when sucking the tit, the baby rolls its tongue around the nipple. being able to role the tongue may have an impact on baby's ability to feed under various conditions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 37.26.149.160 (talk) 20:49, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
